Sherilyn Fenn BIOGRAPHY
The sultry, voluptuous Fenn first came to public attention as sexy Audrey Horne on the cult TV series "Twin Peaks" (1990-91), which put her in position to become America's newest sex symbol. Before this, she traveled for years with her mother, who played keyboards for rock bands, and worked as a bunny at the L.A. Playboy Club before appearing in grade-B films like Just One of the Guys, Out of Control (both 1985), The Wraith (1986), Meridian (1990, aka Kiss of the Beast and the campy Southern sex-fest Two-Moon Junction (1988). In 1992 she proved her mettle as an actress with varied roles in Diary of a Hitman, Ruby (as stripper Candy Cane) and, especially, in the remake of Of Mice and Men (as Curley's wife). Her ties with David Lynch include taking a cameo in his Wild at Heart (1990), and costarring in the black comedy Boxing Helena (1993, taking the role after it was turned down by Kim Basinger), directed by Lynch's daughter Jennifer. She also starred in Carl Reiner's 1940s detective spoof Fatal Instinct (1993). In 1995, Fenn won the title role in the TV miniseries "Liz: The Elizabeth Taylor Story."
