Laurel Holloman BIOGRAPHY
After her first year of college, moved to Chicago to work with the Piven Theatre Workshop. Studied with John Lynn in Los Angeles; was cast in David Orr's independent feature "Blossom Time." Moved to New York in 1994; began acting off-Broadway in "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter" at Theatre for the New City. Also performed off-Broadway in Julia Jordan's "Night Swim" at Playwright's Horizons. Has studied at the British American Dramatic Academy in London. Dated actor Billy Crudupin the 1990s. They met when they were both drama students at New York University. Is a snowboarder and sculptor, among many talents. Mother of Lola Reiko Macherey, born November 4, 2004. Her real life pregnancy was worked into the script of the 2005 season of Showtime's "The L Word".
